Haley Wright

I began working in the F&I industry in 2012 with no experience in powersports. The industry welcomed me with open arms, and I have been hooked ever since. The Corporate positions I have held, allowed me to develop extensive experience in operations and sales leadership and gave me the opportunity to build dealer relationships within the powersports, RV and marine industries. I am committed to building F&I profitability and bringing greater success with our dealer partners.

Mike Elswick
Partner/Director of Dealer Development
Motorcycles have been my true passion since the age of four and being a part of the powersports industry was meant to be. I eased my way into working at a Harley Davidson dealership folding T-shirts and quickly advanced to the part department, F&I and eventually to managing sales and finance. After leaving the dealership space, I took a corporate role in developing dealerships within the powersports, marine and RV industries and being a part in growing dealerships quickly became a second passion. With over 20 plus years of experience in retail management and dealer development, I have gained a depth of insight that few others can offer, and I look forward to working with dealerships every day.

Sarah Breen
Dealer Development
I’ve worked in the motorcycle industry since 2010, starting in dealership sales and F&I before moving into corporate roles in dealer development and support. I’ve also served as F&I Director for a multi-store dealer group, helping to grow profitability and streamline operations across locations. With a deep background in F&I strategy and training, I focus on driving sustainable performance and building lasting partnerships with dealerships. I’m also a lifelong rider and currently own a Harley-Davidson Low Rider ST. My passion for motorcycles runs as deep as does my commitment to the business side of the industry.

Kayla Bristol
Dealer Development
I’ve spent over 10 years in the auto industry, working in a variety of roles that taught me the ins and outs of dealership operations. In 2023, I made the move into the powersports world, and it felt like coming home. As a rider myself, I understand the excitement and freedom these machines bring, and I love helping others experience that too. I work with dealerships to help them improve their F&I performance and increase profitability—while also making sure their customers and teams have a great experience along the way. My focus is dealer development—finding the right partners, getting them set up for success, and supporting them long-term. I value honesty, transparency, and building real relationships. At the end of the day, it’s not just about making more money (though we do that too!)—it’s about creating something better for everyone involved.
