Adventure Specialty is dedicated to serving our dealerships and offering best in class customer service and profit participation opportunities.

  • Serves as your claim’s liaison between your Service Department and the Administrator of the product to ensure that any claim that needs additional attention is handled with utmost urgency.
  • Works with your dealership to develop high profitability opportunities.
  • Provides dealers with pay plan reviews.
  • Conducts 1:1 consultation with F&I and Sales teams.
  • Offers dealers with Shareholder Financial Reviews to provide in-depth overview of the dealership’s performance and profitability.
  • Provides ongoing product consultations to make sure your dealership has the best products that meet the dealer’s expectations.
  • Partners with Service Providers who offer top-of-the-line menu selling options.

Profit Participation Opportunities

Adventure Specialty partners with A rated Service Providers to offer dealers the opportunity to participate in underwriting profit programs capitalizing on F&I sales. We will work with your dealership to determine which of the programs will best maximize your wealth creation, optimizing profits and/or long-term goals.

Retro: Profit sharing program where you the dealer collects a portion of the remaining reserves through an experience refund. This is a no risk program for dealers and requires no company formations.

Reinsurance: This program provides dealers with participation in underwriting and investment income via a reinsurance company. Dealers are required to have or to form a reinsurance company.

DOWC (Dealer Owned Warranty Company): Currently limited to RV only. The DOWC provides dealers with ownership having full control of all investment decisions and retains immediate claims override authority.

Training

Adventure Specialty believes continuous training is the key to success when it comes to selling F&I products. Our objective is to instill an F&I culture within your dealership, creating an united understanding of the keys to winning. We focus on developing a strong customer interview, F&I menu selling, product features and benefits, sales training, and service department training.
